Service Description

Initial Consultation Your first consultation is a nurturing, in-depth exploration of your health- a space to be heard, understood and supported. During your initial appointment, you can expect: A gentle but thorough discussion of your health history, symptoms, medications, diet, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing. A holistic review of your body systems, including digestive, hormonal, reproductive, skin, stress and nervous system patterns. Recommendations for functional or conventional pathology testing, where needed, to gain deeper clarity and uncover root causes. A personalised, holistic treatment plan, including herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle guidance and nervous system–supportive tools to help you feel grounded and connected to your body. This collaborative process allows us to understand your body on a deeper level and create a clear, supportive pathway toward balance, clarity and whole-body wellbeing. Naomi has a special passion for pathology interpretation and offers detailed, easy-to-understand analysis of any results you may already have.
